Data Deletion
Removing the app and its local data deletes saved games, scores and earned rewards on that device. Restoring an operating-system backup may restore that data. Manage backups separately in your device settings. There is no app account to delete.
Support
Parents and guardians can email support@esangdan.com with the app version, device model and a description of the issue. Do not send children’s personal information. We use your email and voluntarily provided details to handle your inquiry, and delete them when no longer needed unless legally required. You may request deletion of support correspondence.
